When will I receive my FedEx tracking number?
Your FedEx tracking ID is generated as soon as your parcel is packed and leaves our fulfillment warehouse (typically within 1–2 business days).
Why is my tracking status not updating?
It can take up to 24 hours for FedEx to scan and update the package details in their national system after picking it up from our origin facility.
What if my package status says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please check your mailbox, porch, or ask immediate neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it within 24 hours, contact our support team immediately.
Can I change my shipping address while in transit?
Address edits cannot be made directly via our website once dispatched. However, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager to request a hold or hold for pickup.
